Whis

Whis (ウイス, Uisu) serves as the attendant of God of Destruction, Beerus,^[1] as well as his martial arts teacher, and is always seen with him. Whis has an elder sister by the name of Vados, who incidentally works with Beerus's brother, Champa.

Training

None of you posses the necessary Speed. Look I even signed both of your tops. You two are still thinking before you move rather than just moving. This overthinking is limiting your fighting Speed. Messages can only travel through your Nervous System so fast. When you rely on thoughts for Physical action you lose pressure fighting time. Your end goal should be to Master the ability to have each part of your body think and move independently of the other parts. If you can overcome the learning curve you can avoid any damage no matter how severe.
